About the event
On September 19, we have the show to end all shows! The first half features the world premiere of David Das' "Lenny and George Walk in to a Bar," which imagines the musical energy if George Gershwin and Leonard Bernstein had ever met! Then, Grammy-nominated Dallas pianist Benjamin Loeb will play the lovely finale of Dan Bikel's piano concerto. Finally, we'll be joined by award winning pianist Joel Martin as he performs his genre bending "Jazzical Komitas!" On the second half, we present Six String Symphony's new project, "A Six String Odyssey," which has been called "an epic and euphoric sonic journey." This group, made up by a number of Grammy winning and nominated artists, will also be joined by DFW audience favorites Chloe Trevor (violin) and Joseph Kuipers (cello). Do not miss the opportunity to hear this program live! Order Tickets Today!.
